Yehuda Hanani

Yehuda Hanani is an acclaimed Israeli-American cellist, renowned for his charismatic performances and profound interpretations. As an international soloist and recording artist, he has captivated audiences worldwide, with concerto appearances alongside prestigious orchestras such as the Chicago Symphony, Philadelphia Orchestra, and Baltimore Symphony. Beyond his solo career, Hanani is also a dedicated educator, serving as a Professor of Violoncello at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and the Mannes School of Music. He is the founder and artistic director of Close Encounters With Music, a chamber music series that brings together exceptional musicians and audiences for intimate and inspiring performances.
