Anna Korondi
Anna Korondi, born in Budapest in 1969, is a renowned Hungarian soprano celebrated for her captivating performances in both opera and concert. Her vocal journey began at the Béla Bartók Conservatory of Music in Budapest, followed by advanced studies at the Vienna Conservatory under the esteemed professors Margarete Bence and David Lutz. Korondi graduated with distinction in 1993, marking the start of a distinguished career.
Korondi's stage presence has graced notable opera houses, including the Komische Oper Berlin and the Bonn Opera. Her talent was further recognized when she won the prestigious ARD Music Competition in Munich in 1996. Since 1999, she has been a freelance singer, enchanting audiences with her powerful and expressive voice.
In addition to her performing career, Anna Korondi has been an Academic voice teacher at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin since 2013, sharing her expertise and passion with the next generation of singers.
