      Ilya Gringolts is a virtuoso Russian violinist renowned for his extraordinary technical prowess and captivating performances. With a career that has seen him evolve from a prodigious talent to an internationally acclaimed soloist, Gringolts has devoted himself to both the classical orchestral repertoire and contemporary works, often exploring rare and lesser-known pieces. His musical journey began in St. Petersburg under the tutelage of Tatiana Liberova and Jeanna Metallidi, followed by studies at the prestigious Juilliard School with Itzhak Perlman. Beyond his performances, Gringolts is also a dedicated educator, serving as a professor at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste and contributing to the Accademia in Italy.
