      Brutal Truth, the pioneering grindcore band, unleashed their fourth studio album "Sounds of the Animal Kingdom" on September 23, 1997, recorded at Baby Monster Studios in New York and produced by Billy Anderson. This raw and relentless album is a testament to the band's uncompromising approach to their craft, delivering a brutal and unfiltered sonic experience. With tracks like "Dementia," "Fucktoy," and "Die Laughing," Brutal Truth explores themes of societal decay, personal struggle, and the darker aspects of human nature, all wrapped in a package of intense, aggressive soundscapes.

      In 2006, "Sounds of the Animal Kingdom" was remastered and reissued alongside the band's 1996 mini-album "Kill Trend Suicide," creating a comprehensive collection of their most intense and provocative work.
