      In "So Fragile, So Blue," William Shatner, the legendary actor and space enthusiast, shares his profound reflections on the Earth's beauty and vulnerability. Released on April 19, 2024, in time for Earth Day, this spoken word album is a meditation on the perils our planet faces and a quirky reflection on life and death. Inspired by his recent space travel, Shatner's insights were prompted by his awe-inspiring view of Earth from above, which he describes as "so fragile, so blue."

      The album features 12 tracks, including introductions by Shatner himself, each offering a unique perspective on our environment's fragility. The live version of the title track, "So Fragile, So Blue," was recorded on April 29, 2022, in the Concert Hall by the National Symphony Orchestra, marking their 93rd season. With a duration of 39 minutes, this album is a concise yet powerful exploration of Shatner's personal experiences and thoughts on our planet's delicate state.
