Released on MSR Classics in June 2013, this album spans a total of 74 minutes and features a stellar lineup of performers, including the St. Louis Chamber Players, the St. Louis Low Brass Collective, and soprano Marlissa Hudson.

      The album opens with "Incantata for Chamber Ensemble," a five-movement work that explores a range of emotions and themes, from perplexities to bittersweet reflections. Following this is "Harriet's Story for Soprano, Violin, and Piano," a powerful narrative piece that delves into the life and struggles of the legendary Harriet Tubman, with Hudson's soprano vocals taking center stage.

      The second half of the album is dominated by "Phantom of the Dream's Origin for Chamber Ensemble," an eight-movement suite that takes the audience through a journey of procession, lamentation, semaphores, and ultimately, tranquility.
