      Cannonball Adderley's iconic album, Mercy, Mercy, Mercy, is a masterclass in jazz excellence. Released on 1 January 1995 by Blue Note Records, this 41-minute live recording showcases the Cannonball Adderley Quintet's incredible talent and chemistry. The quintet, comprising Cannonball Adderley on alto saxophone, Nat Adderley on cornet, Joe Zawinul on piano, Victor Gaskin on bass, and Roy McCurdy on drums, delivers a captivating performance that blends hard bop, jazz, bebop, cool jazz, and jazz blues.

      The album features six exceptional tracks, including the titular 'Mercy, Mercy, Mercy', a jazz song written by Joe Zawinul in 1966.
