      Album Details

Plunge into the raw, unbridled energy of Motörhead's early live performances with "Keep Us on the Road - Live 1977." This high-octane live album, released in 2000, captures the legendary British band at the height of their early prowess, delivering a relentless barrage of hard rock and heavy metal classics. The album is a testament to Motörhead's live prowess, featuring two sets from their legendary 1977 performances at the Birmingham Blitz Club and the Marquee Club in London. The 22-track collection includes iconic songs like "Motorhead," "Vibrator," "Keep Us on the Road," and "White Line Fever," all performed with the band's signature speed, aggression, and precision. The raw, gritty sound of these live recordings transports you back to the punk-infused, working-class venues where Motörhead honed their craft and built their reputation as one of the most formidable live acts in rock history. About Motörhead

Motörhead, the legendary English rock band, stormed onto the scene in 1975, forged by the iconic bassist and vocalist Lemmy Kilmister, along with guitarist Larry Wallis and drummer Lucas Fox. Known for their raw, high-energy performances and Lemmy's distinctive growl, Motörhead is often hailed as a pioneer of the new wave of British heavy metal, revitalizing the genre in the late 1970s and early 1980s. With a lineup that saw several guitarists and drummers, the band's most celebrated works feature the dynamic duo of drummer Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor and guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clarke. From 1995 until their breakup in 2015, the group solidified with Kilmister, guitarist Phil Campbell, and drummer Mikkey Dee, delivering some of their most powerful and enduring music. Motörhead's legacy is one of unbridled intensity and unapologetic rock 'n' roll, making them a beloved and influential force in the world of heavy metal and hard rock.
