Released in 2007 on the Challenge Classics label, this album is a celebration of three musical giants, marking significant anniversaries in their lives and works. The year 2007 commemorates the centenary of Grieg's death, the sesquicentennial of Elgar's birth, and the fiftieth anniversary of Sibelius' passing.

The album spans a rich tapestry of compositions, including sonatas and humoresques, each piece showcasing the unique voices of Grieg, Elgar, and Sibelius.
