Dive into the rich tapestry of French classical music with Eric Aubier's "Grands concertos français," a captivating collection of trumpet concertos that showcase the virtuosity of both the composer and the performer. Released on November 10, 2006, under the Indésens label, this album spans a total of 1 hour and 7 minutes, featuring 13 tracks that highlight the brilliance of French composition.

Eric Aubier, renowned for his mastery of the trumpet, presents a selection of works by notable French composers, including Jolivet, Tomasi, Désenclos, and Chaynes. The album opens with the dynamic "Concerto No. 2" by André Jolivet, followed by a series of pieces that demonstrate the depth and breadth of French musical heritage. Each track is a testament to Aubier's technical prowess and artistic sensitivity, accompanied by the Orchestre National De L'opéra De Paris under the direction of Marius Constant.
