Brahms & Ligeti: Violin Concertos - Augustin Hadelich

      Album Details

Augustin Hadelich, the acclaimed violinist known for his technical brilliance and expressive depth, presents a captivating album featuring two monumental violin concertos: Johannes Brahms' Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 77, and György Ligeti's Violin Concerto. Released on April 5, 2019, under Warner Classics, this album offers a rich exploration of two distinct musical eras and styles, showcasing Hadelich's versatility and mastery.

The album opens with Brahms' monumental concerto, a work that demands both technical prowess and profound musicality.
