      About Wanda Landowska

Wanda Landowska, born in Warsaw in 1879, was a pioneering figure in the world of classical music, renowned for her role in reviving the harpsichord's popularity in the early 20th century. A virtuoso harpsichordist and pianist, Landowska's performances, teachings, and extensive recordings brought the music of the Baroque era back into the spotlight.
