The music is fantastic, however, there was a skip towards the end of 'Christmas Waltz' when I first played it after opening the package.
This is a fantastic pressing of this timeless album. Produced in Holland, which is always a positive indicator. The sound quality is excellent.
In my view, this is the definitive vinyl version. It boasts a well-balanced, clear, and natural sound. I can't discern any exaggerated EQ here. The vocal midrange isn't buried and offers a pleasing texture. The highs aren't harsh or overly boosted. The Japanese JVC vinyl delivers the dark background necessary to highlight the often subtle vocals and music.
This one's got all the classic tracks from his Christmas album from the 50s, plus a bunch of bonus songs too!
